The daily PowerPoints will replace the weekly tasks online.All worksheets are examples of what you could do and can
easily be done on paper without the need of a printer.
At the start of each week a phonics and spellings task will be introduced this will be repeated every day in the same week.
Some suggested activities for you and your child to work through together whilst learning at home. Please remember these are not compulsory, do as much or as little
as you can, your health and well being are more important.

Dear children,
I hope you enjoyed yesterday’s activities, the weather looks great today so I hope you manage to get outside and go for a walk. I think I might later go for a walk too.Today there is a PSHE task which makes you think about everything you have missed or things you are looking forward to. Create your own jar of happiness for when lockdown is over! I would put in mine to go and visit my grandma who lives in Derby and is on her own shielding!

quick you can work out if it is odd or even and then do the

Remember:Think about not just what we can see in our character but also how they act and there
personality.Is Jack silly or brave? Explain why you think this.

Here are some adjectives to describe Jack and the giant, could you sort them into the right adjectives
for each character and then use them in your writing.
PSHE - happiness
• Talk with a grown up what makes you happy?
• What has made you sad during lockdown?
• When lockdown is over what would you like to do?
• Create a happiness jar – write down everything you would like to do on bits of paper, fold these and put them into a jar, wrap the sides of the jar in paper and decorate.
• When lockdown is over you can pick one out and complete your activity.
