The first lot of lift equipment arrived on site on 6 May, 2011. This shipment includes Rail, Car

    Frame.

Next shipment will include Lift Motor, Car Panel and Car Cable Roles. Time: TBA

As main construction work still in progress and Melco will split the lift shaft installation work

into 2 phases; first phase is start from 13 May 2011 and at 32/F and below. On 30 June 2011,

    HVAC

DN600 Condensing Pipe Riser: The riser installation can be started and the pipe support detail

will be finalized by Engineer with subcontractor. Target to start the installation is 16 May 2011.

Drawing / site installation Co-ordination Workshop

B1 to B3 all plant rooms set up cleared for installation.

The current Carpark ceiling design is 1.9m. Owners requirement for 2.2m can be achieved by

using the original duct work design. Arup will issue the EI and follow on the access issue due tothe changes.

At B3, the Domestics Transfer Pump Room is found too small for proper operation and

maintenance work cannot be carried out. Engineer is requested to access any possible

    alternatives to enlarge the room

For 5/F to 8/F, Arup will bring the cooling load design calculation on site so that we can prepare

the single line design drawings on site.

Close type Feed and Expansion tanks ( HVAC & PD )

The existing design is not workable; Arup will revise the design of feed and expansion tank for

both HVAC and PD system. Engineer will then issue EI for cost deduction. Contractor was

instructed not to purchase the unnecessary parts and negative VO will be prepared.

    Other Issues:

    - Tomorrow will be continue for Day 2 workshop ( Level 1 to Level 8 )Next Meeting:
