WSG High Pressure 605 Jetting Unit
WSG Industrial Services offer a diverse range of jetting pumps ranging from 5,000psi - 40,000psi catering for all types of disciplines.
HP and UHP Jetting (also known as water cutting or hydro blasting) are the most powerful and environmentally sensitive cleaning techniques available to many different industries.
UHP Jetting can be used to remove debris on a variety of surfaces including polymers, wood, concrete, steel pipes and copper.
WSG’s experience means we understand the care required to adjust the pressure according to the material being cleaned to ensure damage doesn’t occur.

HP & UHP WATER JETTING
BOILER CLEANINGWSG Industrial Services have the expertise to clean facilities, covering all the following areas and equipment:

Using high volume, specialised hydro blasting equipment, with pumps that can deliver a large volume of water at high pressure, gets a first class result. We can also use remote controlled robotic cleaning systems and other automated tools to clean boilers.
WSG’s UHP Jetting System is a safe and effective method of removing unwanted deposits from Boilers, Economisers and Super Heaters.
Cleaning provides clients with efficient heat transfer across their equipment assets ensuring they are operating as efficiently as possible.
Cleaning with UHP water means the steel plates and tubes of boilers and economisers are less susceptible to re-fouling and need less cleaning.

HEAT EXCHANGER CLEANINGHeat exchangers used in industry are prone to scaling and blocking which drastically reduces heat transfer and efficiency of the process.
HP Jetting is the fastest and most efficient method of cleaning internally and externally.
WSG Industrial Services offer high pressure cleaning and ultra high pressure cleaning to clean the exchanger tubes for inspection.This also leaves a polished finish on the inside wall of the tube thus slowing down future scale build up.
WSG also offer a full automated cleaning system from a 1 lance to 5 lance bundle blaster.
The automated heat exchanger tube cleaning system speeds up cleaning time whilst reducing safety risk.
Coupled with external blasting equipment, testing capabilities, controlled bolting and on-site machining services, WSG can provide a complete heat exchanger turnaround package.
By limiting vendors and utilising our automated equipment, we can assist getting heat exchangers pulled, cleaned, tested and re-instated faster.
