The board to set some strategy for developing countries that:l Take into account of delayed awareness versus commercials driven forcesl Set to solve some big practical problem for developing countriesl Help to spread the OpenStack culture, multiply and adapting to local culturel Have someone dedicated for this.
The user committee / marketing to have some plan for:
Gaining mindshare from potential users at developing countries
Survey why users leave OpenStack for others
Websites in other languages
The community in general to set some outreach program for developing countries by:
Have a volunteers hub
