CoolAir RTX 1000 / RTX 2000 TRUCK ROOF TOP AIR CONDITIONER, 24 VOLT, COMPRESSOR DRIVEN FOR STATIONARY USE

Perfect climate in every situation The two new CoolAir RTX systems give drivers

a choice of four operating modes to make

it even easier for them to adjust the cooling

capacity to individual climate conditions and

personal comfort requirements.

• Automatic mode: Fan and compressor are controlled automatically.

• Eco mode: The compressor speed is limited to a maximum of 2400 revs/min (instead of 3600 revs/ min). This saves energy and extends the runtime.

• Boost mode: Compressor and fan are running at full capacity – for a maximum of 20 minutes, or until the preset temperature has been reached. Then the system switches back to automatic mode.

• Manual mode: The blower speed can be set to five different levels.

Performance tests confirm best ratings for RTX CoolAir RTX parking coolers keep it nicely cool, even in

soaring heat. Unlike with some competitor products, the

declared cooling capacity matches the cooling actually

achieved. CoolAir RTX lives up to its promise even at

outside temperatures of 52°C.

TESTED FOR AUSTRALIAN CONDITIONS

Both CoolAir parking coolers have been put through their paces in independent testing labs and on our own certified test benches. They were exposed to corrosive saltwater spray, water pressure, crash tests under worst-case conditions and Australian heat at ambient temperatures up to 52°C.

The result: Fit for the road, without any restrictions! Operating safety, material quality and finish satisfy the highest standards.

Time is valuable, especially when it comes to air conditioning service on large vehicles

such as trucks and buses where downtimes are extremely costly for the operators.

Speed and reliability are vital. Key service tasks such as refrigerant recovery, evacuation

perfectly meets these requirement. Its 2-stage vacuum pump evacuates 132 litres per

HEAVYAIR AIR CONDITIONING UPGRADES AND

CABIN AIR QUALITY FILTRATION SYSTEMS

The modifications to this Komatsu Loader consist of a high ambient condenser, a Syklone Respa cabin pressuriser and a Syklone Respa powered recirculated air filter. The high ambient condenser is connected to the existing vehicle system to give greater cooling capacity in high temperature and contaminated conditions.

The Respa pressuriser unit is designed to raise the pressure inside the cabin to prevent unwanted entry of various contaminations

through

small openings in the cabin. The Powered recirculated air filter works in conjunction with the pressuriser. Should any airborne contamination enter the cabin, for example, when the door is opened, the recirculated air filter will then process the air in the cabin to provide a clean as possible environment for the operator. The cabins are also equipped with a Syklone Electronic cabin pressure monitor. This unit senses the differential between the pressure inside the cabin and the atmospheric pressure outside. When the pressuriser filter becomes contaminated to a point where it is no longer effective or excessive pressure loss is sustained longer than 30 seconds (i.e. window or door not closed), the unit will sound an alarm indicating the filter requires maintenance or to ensure the cabin door is sealed correctly. When in harsh environments, certain configurations will benefit the operator and machine better than others. However all it takes is a phone call for advice on the best solution to suit your application.
