Stetter Truck Mixers –Easy-Care Technique in Modern Design Whether C+ (6 and 7 m³) or C-Version (8 – 15 m³), both variants of the Stetter truck mixer – the original – do justice once again to their spearhead-ing function. While adhering consistently to the principle “Form Follows Function”, we have focused on handling and cost-cutting in after-sales serv-ice, maintenance and servicing.

The ongoing further develop-ment of gearbox and hydraulic components by leading manu-facturers – with the support of our company – ensures reliability and economic ef-fi ciency in the operation of our truck mixers. The mixer drums with their sophisticated mixing blades are designed for maximum performance.

The use of high-grade materi-als and precisely coordinated material thicknesses ensures a low dead weight and a long service life. Design, production quality, good service, safety and long-term economic effi ciency pay off for the owner – not least in the high resale value. Our truck mixers are based on decades of experience, for which

there is no substitute and which is refl ected tangibly in each and every Stetter truck mixer.

The newly developed trestle for truck mixers with capacity ratings of 6 and 7 m³ combines the advantages of the success-ful C-Version with additional features:Optimum torsional fl exibilitydue to the arched supportThe design of the supporting arms corresponds to the strain curve

Our truck mixers naturally fulfi l the CE criteria in terms of machine directive 89/392/EEC.

Carrying rollers integratedinto the outlet trestlefacilitate replacement, asno additional aligning isrequired.

The optional electric variable displacement system for the pump offers safe, comfortable mixer operation from the rear of the machine and, as an option, from the driver’s cab.

Handling Simplicity and Cost Minimization withMaintenance and Servicing.

With the C-Version you reduce the time spent on fi lling, emptying and cleaning to an economic minimum. You gain time – time in which to earn money.

Stetter truck mixers with capacity ratings of 8, 9, 10, 12 and 15 m³ offer maximum economic effi ciency through maximum loading potential and favourable dead weight.

The low gravicentric position of the mixer superstructure makes for a balanced load distribution. These truck mixers

meet the demands for an exceptionally high transport volume when more lightweight material is to be transported or simply when reserve capacities for material transport are to be readily available.

Stetter truck mixers can be mounted on all standard three- and four-axle chassis or on

semi-trailers as articulated vehicles with capacity ratings of 10 and 12 m³.

Aluminium mudguards reduce the weight of the overall superstructure.

Underride guard in tilting execution. For increased clearance during concrete discharge.

Underride guard in sliding execution. Both types of underride guard comply with EU directive 70/221/EEC.

The outlet trestleof the C-Version:

• Fast, simple cleaning due to the smooth rear wall surface.• Simple discharge into the concrete pump hopper due to

the extended swivel chute.• The bolted chute offers replacement simplicity for repair

purposes.• Plenty of clearance for concrete discharge into crane

buckets and concrete storage silos.

Powerful and economically effi cient

A powerful, economically ef-fi cient truck fl eet is of crucial importance for any ready-mix concrete plant or any transport undertaking. Factors playing a major role are the fl exibility of the available vehicles and the exploitation of the maximum ad-missible vehicle gross weights.

Stetter truck mixers on semi-trailer chassis offer the ideal supplement. Truck mixer su-perstructure and semi-trailer have been optimally coordi-nated to form compact units guaranteeing a high loading volume and high payloads, optimum driving characteristics due to a low gravicentric posi-tion, and operator friendliness.

A smooth-surfaced functional rear makes for fast, simple cleaning and optimum discharge into the concrete pump hopper and crane bucket. Stetter truck mixers are available with ca-pacity ratings of 10 and 12 m³.

Depending on whether the semi-trailer tractor is already present or has to be procured, semi-trailers in modular con-struction are available in 2-axle or 3-axle versions with 9 t or 10 t axles. State-of-the-art technology such as disk-braked ABS-sensored axles, EBS sys-tem and pneumatic suspen-sion are a matter of course.

The outlet trestleof the C-Version:

• Fast, simple cleaning due to the smooth rear wall surface.• Simple discharge into the concrete pump hopper due to the

extended swivel chute.• The bolted discharge shell offers replacement simplicity for

repair purposes.• Plenty of clearance for concrete discharge into crane buckets

and concrete storage silos.

Optional equipment:Soundproofi ng hood for sepa-rate engines, adapted to the latest emission regulations. Designed to meet the engine manufacturer’s requirements with respect to air supply and ventilation. The bonded insulating material is fl ame resistant, non-combustible and self-extinguishing.

Optional no-load semi-trailer outriggers. These are kept on the semi-trailer and operated with a crank handle.

The plastic single-wheel mudguards offer optimum protection from splashing. They are also a well designed feature.

Drives with a Great Track Record

Effi cient, lightweight plan-etary gears with a high output torque ensure that even strong vehicle torsions are absorbed.

PLMSingle-stage planetary gear with integrated slow-running radial-piston hydraulic motor. Gearbox, fi lter, radiator, venti-lator, integrated hydraulic mo-tor in compact, short design. A complete system solution including electric pump adjust-ment (operated from rear of vehicle or from driver’s cab) isavailable.

TMG2-stage lightweight planetary gear with high output torque. Optional deployment with integrated water-pump drive. Driven by external hydraulic motor. A complete system solution including electric pump adjustment (operated from rear of vehicle or from driver’s cab) is available.

Type FHIn this case the vehicle engine is used as the drive source. In general, power is drawn from the vehicle engine by camshaft drive or by a gear-in-dependent auxiliary drive. Low purchase price and running costs. High service load due to low own weight. Requires minimum maintenance and is abrasion-resistant.

Type SHThe mixer drum is driven by a separate air-cooled engine. The hydraulic pump is fl ange-mounted directly at the sepa-rate engine. The water pump is operated by V-belts driven by the separate engine. This type of drive is used primarily for in-terchangeable superstructures and when the mixer

drum requires a completely vehicle-independent speed to cope with special deployment conditions.

If exceptionally stringent emis-sion regulations have to be observed, the separate en-gine can be equipped with an optional soundproofi ng hood designed to meet the engine manufacturer’s requirements with respect to air supply and ventilation. The bonded insulating material is fl ame resistant, non-combustible and self-extinguishing.6 6
