Eutectic are used to maintain a certain temperature inside the insulated body for long periods even after the unit is disconnected from a power supply. Eutectic plates are the preferred choice where temperatures need to be reduced down to -30°C. They �nd their ideal use where very low temperatures must be maintained and frequent stops are not required.

A single Eutectic Refrigeration System with a 5HP Semi-Hermetic Britzer compressor with 8 nos. of stainless steel plates plates. Temperature: Plate temperature will be -40O C degree and box temperature will be -27OC degree. Trolley: Eight (8) sets of trolleys will be provided. Working 380 Volt / 50 Hz. / 3 Phase. European plug 5 holes. Ecological gas R 404 A.

With over 50 years of proven expertise in the manufacture of isothermal bodyworks, TSSC manufactures insulated vehicle bodies to the highest standards and o�ers innovative and cost-e�cient solutions for the transport refrigeration industry.

Our recent addition to the innovative range is the use of solar panels to power the refrigeration units. This application is suitable for refrigerated trucks & trailers designed to maintain refrigerated conditions of the unit, which must be able to operate at both freezer (0°C) and refrigeration (5°C) conditions.

At present, most chilling equipment is powered by diesel generators. These have high energy demands and maintenance costs, as well as environmental impacts both in terms of emissions, which contribute to the greenhouse e�ect, and noise levels.

In comparison, the solar-powered refrigeration unit o�ered by TSSC uses considerably less energy than a standard diesel-driven unit and by improving the vehicle’s insulation and design we enable to keep it operating throughout the year.
