Product OverviewTru-lift is the new self lifting, core forming system from RMD Kwikform. Robust and efficient, Tru-lift has been designed for speed, climbing up to 5m in a single lift.
OverviewDesigned to minimise construction cycle times and maximise safety, Tru-lift's upper platform can be designed to carry the concrete boom and any additional materials required, ensuring everything is on hand as it is needed - saving valuable time when forming at higher floors.
The whole system is raised in one jack stroke using hydraulics, eliminating crane requirements and maximises in use safety.
Option of panel pre-assembly before delivery to site saves space and reduces on site set up times.

Features & BenefitsThe design of Tru-Lift ensures cycle times are maximised to ensure projects are delivered on time.
The Tru-lift system is raised in one jack stroke during the lifting cycle, no crane required to lift forms.
All shapes and sizes of core walls can be accommodated, maximising the versatility of the system.
Controlled lifting of core formwork through the use of hydraulic jacks from a single control panel maximises in use safety.
Minimal number of components ensures quick & easy construction cycle times.
Trailing platforms allow access to the previous pour to undertake finishing works, maximising efficiency.
Fully decked working platforms create safe & convenient working and storage areas.
Concrete placement from top working platform via ply hatches in the upper deck, maintains safe working practices.
Reusable tapered form tie system eliminates the use of sacrificial hardware, minimising hardware costs.
External formwork panels supported off overhead steel beams are easily retracted, providing clear & safe access for panel cleaning & rebar fixing.
Easy and accessible connection points from the Tru-lift system to the re-usable anchor screws cast into the previous pour, assists set up speed for the next pour.

In DetailInternal CornersUnique internal corners allow fast and easy striking of wall formwork.
Working PlatformsGTX Beams and Plywood as decking provides a safe working environment minimising trip hazards and fully covering working areas.
HandrailsFull external perimeter handrails to upper and lower platforms as well as internal hanging platforms for areas not fully covered.
Optional Perimeter ScreenFully enclosed to ensure safety, screens can be easily secured to the perimeter framework. Additional option of printing promotional messages.
Inbuilt Stair AccessUsing a modular stair access tower system suspended off the upper platform allowing accessible egress/ingress from desired floor level below the Tru-lift self climbing system.
Internal Trailing PlatformInternal platforms are supported from overhead steel beams and can be decked out to cover the entire opening or provide sufficient room to access ties, stripping corners and anchor screws.
