Using the TRS vegetable slicer

• Using the ¾ moon hopper (L × W × H—6.5″ x 3″ x 6″) with hinged lever ram

For processing large dimension products – Maximum 6.5″ x 3″ mm, corresponding to ¼ cabbage

=>Manual loading by introducing the products either by one by one or in handfuls, making sure they are correctly positioned to prevent incorrect cutting.

TIP: Rest the delicate products (tomatoes, citrius fruit, etc.) against the side wall.

• Using the long vegetable hopper and the pusher

For slicing long products such as carrots, cucumbers, leeks, zucchini, etc. into slices – maximum diameter of 2″

=>For cutting into slices, always present the long products by their tips.=> Manual loading by introducing the product vertically into the small hopper

Arrange fine products head-to-tail to prevent slopping, uneven cut; Cut the vegetable ends to prevent jamming
