Monitor Problems

• If you try to turn on the monitor and it isn’t working, first you should check that the computer is on. If it is, check the plugs and make sure it’s all plugged in.

Computer Problems

• If the computer is not turning on, make sure that it is plugged in to a power source.

Internet Problems

• If your computer is having problems getting on the internet, check if the internet source is working and plugged in. (If it needs to be.)

Pop-up Problems

• If there is a pop-up on the screen, don’t press “Cancel” or “No” and of course do not press yes. If you do, that could make a virus start downloading on your computer. Instead, press Alt+F4. That will close it and there will be no virus.

Headphone Problems

• If your headphones are plugged in to the computer but are not working, first, make sure they are plugged in to the right spot and in all the way. Then if they still won’t work, make sure that the sound is up. (Of course.)

Keyboard and Mouse Problems

• If the keyboard and mouse are plugged in and aren’t working, as basically all of the other answers, make sure that they are plugged in and in the right spot. If they are and still aren’t working, check to see if the red light on the bottom of the mouse is on. If not, it’s probably broken. Just saying.

Picture Problems

• If you try to open a photo and an error message pops up saying Disk Error pops up, try again. If it does that again, make sure that the disk is in and is working.
