Tropical Rainforests are usually found either 25 degress North or South of the Equator. Rainforests are located
in countries such as Brazil, Condo (Democratic Republic) ,Peru, Indonesia, Columbia, Papua New
Guinea, Venezuela, Bolivia, Mexico, Surinam
“Location”
The tropical rain forest is a forest of tall trees in a region of year-round warmth. An average of 50 to 260 inches (125 to 660 cm.) of rain falls yearly.
"Precipitation"
- Uniform Temperatures at about 72-93F (22-34C),
- Annual 80F (27C)- No apparent seasonal
changes in the rainforest. They almost have no seasons but “dry” and “wet” seasons which has more to do with the rainfall when earlier in the year there is less rainfall and later there is more. The “dry” and “wet” seasons vary upon year.
