CHARACTERISTICS:

ated. Mixed coffee grain washed of the
new harvest, extremely well developed
and prepared. Coffee kept well, homoge-
neous, strictly produced in high altitude
zone (1000 a 1500 msnm), intensely
fresh aroma and homogeneous color.
Good to excellent quality of cup, complet-
ing all specific requirements of flavor
PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Humidity 10 to 12.5% ; coffee bean
measure of minimum 50% over 15 and
16 mesh and maximum 5% below mesh
14 and 15, Defects Maximum between
15 and 23,cupping performance be-
tween 80 a 87 Points, consistent, clean,
marked acidity flavor, intense aroma and
good body.
PACKAGING:
Jute bags of 46 kg. containing a water-
proof lining to maintain freshness and
transported in containers holding 420
quintals, equivalent to 19.32 TM
