Memorial Mass

A Memorial mass will be celebrated for Philipp Ring

on December 6, at 11:00 am at Sacred Heart in Alva.

After the mass, burial will be in the Sacred Heart

Cemetery. Daily Mass at 12pm is cancelled.

Advent Penitential Rite

Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 6:30 pm

Sacred Heart Church, Alva. Father Bala and several

other priests will be available to hear confessions.

Daily Mass in New Chapel

Weekday Mass will be celebrated in the new chapel

starting December 5,2017.

Landscaping Flower Beds

Church and Parish hall flower beds were newly

fixed. A total of $5,630.50 has been paid for

landscaping. We still need to pay $1,581.00.

Donations are welcome. A big thanks to Fred &

Lana Isenbart for coordinating this project. Thank

you to those who have contributed to make our

church yard look nice.

Christmas Dinner

If you have a reservation for the Womens Christmas

Dinner, remember it will be at 6:00 pm. this

evening in the parish hall. You do not need to bring

anything. Cost is $10.00.
