1. ITM set up CD budget 8 cents/ton, 6 cents for
program proposed through Community Consultative
Committee (CCC) and 2 cents emergency activity;
2. CD-ITM is conducted through CCC to be established
in every fostered villages around mine sites;
3. CCC is formed by villagers, for and from villagers. CCC
member consisted of community representatives such
as kepala adat, opinion leaders, kepala desa, youth,
women, educators, business people, religion leaders,
etc;
4. CCC will explore the needs of the community through
participatory, bottom up to achieve better life condition.
CCC will involve all levels of community to create
togetherness, sense of belonging and community self
reliant
