Network Rail Winning Renewal Strategy: Transformational Change -

Simply Delivered

• New people – the engagement of over 90 DHL people with the

transformation programme.

• New properties – transferring existing Worcester & Lichfield operations

to the new 300,000 sqft. NDC

• New processes – complete remodelling of standard operating

procedures

DHL Red Prairie

• Existing site closures - exit & decommissioning of two DC sites

Solution

“The programme has been excellent, both in terms of delivery and

customer experience. Usually I only get to hear anything if it’s bad news,

so as no news filtered through to me, this meant all was running smoothly.

This transition was a big deal, but it went really smooth and no noise from

our customers is testament to the hard work and dedication of the DHL and

NR teams. Congratulations to all involved and thank you“ Katrina Law –

NR - Head of Materials & Road fleet, National Delivery Service
