Life’s too short for second rate holidays...We know that simple pleasures fill a family holiday with happy memories; a first bike ride without stabilisers, flipping rocks in search of crabs, flying through the air on a rope-swing, or catching your first fish.

Most important is our setting on the north coast of Cornwall. We’re close to Crantock Beach – which we think is the best in the world – Newquay and many of Cornwall’s most fascinating attractions, including the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Minack Theatre.

Kids can enjoy the open air and freedom to explore, whilst walkers can wander for miles along the many routes that cling to the coastline and cut through the countryside.

The heated outdoor pool, our adventure play areas, and free Ranger activities during the school holidays will keep energetic little ones entertained for hours, while our fishing lakes offer a relaxing respite.

And we’re not stuffy about where you play; we’ve got plenty of space for evening games of rounders, tag, or just a laidback picnic.

Crantock Beach A world class beach with golden sands, rock pools and crashing waves that are brilliant for surfing. Best of all, it’s not nearly as busy as the main beaches in Newquay. Lifeguards patrol during summer months (1 mile or walkable from the park).

NewquayThe surf capital of the UK, with amazing beaches including Tolcarne, Watergate Bay, Lusty Glaze and the famous Fistral (3 miles).

Golf around NewquayThere are several superb golf courses nearby including Newquay, Holywell Bay and the nine-hole Treloy Golf Course (from 3 miles).

Newquay ZooAward-winning Newquay Zoo is set in exotic lakeside gardens and home to hundreds of animals from around the world (3 miles).

Picture-box towns and villagesThe fishing villages of Padstow (22 miles), Port Isaac (27 miles), Fowey (26 miles) and Mevagissey(23 miles) are perfect for sightseeing, and Tintagel(35 miles) has one of England’s most stunning coastlines and the mythical legend of King Arthur.

Eden ProjectThe internationally celebrated attraction is a spectacular global environment that features a Mediterranean world and a Rainforest Biome big enough to hold the Tower of London; both showcase amazing plant life. A whole host of events take place throughout the year (22 miles).

Newquay’s Blue Reef AquariumA giant ocean tank where visitors can walk below seas for fish-eye views of the Cornish coast, ‘underwater gardens’ of the Mediterranean and dazzling tropical reefs (4 miles).

Lost Gardens of HeliganThe Lost Gardens of Heligan near St Austell is a pioneering project to uncover Victorian productive gardens, formal pleasure gardens and a sub-tropical jungle that were hidden under impenetrable brambles and gorse until recent times (23 miles).

Safari TentsOur stylish safari tents are luxuriously equipped with spacious bedrooms in their own compartments, real beds and snuggly duvets, proper furniture, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and there’s even a TV. Best of all is the decking and dining set, which means you can sit out on the terrace until the sun fades away. Safari Tents sleep up to six people, with use of futon in the lounge area.

Confirmations: As part of our environmental policy and conservation schemes, all booking confirmations, payment reminders and acknowledgements will be sent by email wherever possible.

++ Adapted holiday homes. Our adapted holiday homes are priced the same as our Comfort 2 bed and include ramp access, wide door access, sliding internal doors, grab rails, low profile shower access and a shower seat.

+ Dog friendly holiday homes. Maximum 2 dogs allowed, extra charges apply £25 per dog per week.

Store your touring caravan at TrevellaFor peace of mind and the ultimate in convenience, leave your caravan between breaks in our secure, gated storage area. We’ll look after your van so you can get home quicker, save fuel and there’s no need to worry about parking on your drive or close to home.

Storage Costs:• £10.00 per week• £450 per year

(payable in monthly instalments of £37.50)
