- Old San Juan Terminus will require re-organzia-tion of existing parking space for taxis along Calle Recinto Sur and Paseo Covadonda.

- Existing retaining wall and fence next to Depar-tamento de Hacienda on Paseo Covadonga will be demolished and reconstructed to allow for the construction of the relocated one-way travel way on Paseo Covadonga.

- Small narrow sliver of land in front of the Dr. Ra-mon Mellado building on the northerly side Paseo Covadonga will be impacted either through acquisi-tion or permanent easement to allow for expansion of new sidewalk. However, no impact anticipated to the operations and/or use of the existing buildings.
