SITUATION Tremeadows is situated at Wheal Butson in the district known as Mithian Downs, which is about 1½ miles east of the large highly sought after village of St. Agnes. DIRECTIONS: From Chiverton Cross roundabout on the A30, take the road towards Blackwater and St. Agnes and at the next roundabout take the B3277 towards St Agnes. After a quarter of a mile take the right turn towards Mithian. Proceed for about 1½ miles and turn left before the old railway bridge.
