This Brochure is specially designed by Dr A.K. Gupta, Additional Project Director and Dr K.Kalra, Consultant (Care Support & Treatment), Delhi State AIDS Control Society, Govt of Delhi and taking inputs from Positive Networks in Delhi with aim to educate newly detected People with HIV/AIDS to enroll for Anti Retroviral Treatment and also educate those on Anti Retroviral Treatment for 100% drug adherence to prevent treatment failure. This brochure was released on the occasion of World AIDS Day 2011 by Gulam Nabi Azad,Hon'ble Union Minister of Health & FW, Smt Sheila Dikshit, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Delhi, Dr A.K.
