Safety first

It is highly recommended that all persons involved in design, installation, disassembly and use of these products carefully study this document to become fully aware of the safety measures that must be followed.

Only qualified personnel must be used for design, Installation and disassembly of Trax EH holders and profiles.

Unless specifically authorised in this document, non of the electrical components shall be altered.

Safety of this product is subject to:

• Not exceeding the indicated nominal current (A) • Keeping within recommended weight loading specifications as per this document and other CUBIC literature• Installation according to instructions demonstrated in this document.• Installation only on structurally sound and appropriate walls and mid floor furniture• Structurally used panels being strengthened to prevent bowing• A safety check being performed before drilling into any surface• Use of products only upon completion of installation• Appropriate use of the products• Using only original or approved accessories for Trax EH holders and profiles• Using only tempered (safety) glass• Not making any alterations and adaptation where not appropriate and not approved by CUBIC • Maintaining a common level of caution and alertness when in use• Keeping away anyone whom is not qualified to use these products, in particular children• Conducting regular checks to ensure there are no signs of damage• In case of damage discontinuing use until appropriate repairs have been made • Observing national regulations• Observing accident prevention regulations

Power supply

For detailed specifications and instructions on installation and operation of the power supply, please refer to the documentation provided with the power supply.

Access to power supply

Access to the power supply must be restricted from general users. Access to be possible only with a tool (example: a screw driver to be used to remove a screw to release a latch).

For all electrified holder and profile options, access to the power supply must be kept for inspection and maintenance. Adequate ventilation for the power supply must be allowed.

Please be aware of the depth of the power supply in planning and preparation of the walls and panels; especially if the power supply is to be housed behind the Trax EH panels. This information can be found in the documentation provided with the power supply.

Insert the End cap onto the profile and press firmly until abuts the profile. Ensure the profile is the correct side up, before inserting the profile into the processed wooden panel; see diagram.

Fix the profile onto panel by Inserting and fastening the self tapping screwsincluded. If necessary, you may also drill 15mm deep, 3mm holes prior tofastening screws.

Insert the End cap onto the profile and press firmly until abuts the profile. Ensure the profile is the correct side up, before inserting the profile into the processed wooden panel; see diagram.

Insert the power plug as shown on the left side of the profile and secure with the screw. Insert the End cap onto the plug and press firmly until abuts the plug.

Please note:> Before attaching the End cap, ensure the End cap cover is inserted. > The copper wires are to extend beyond insert (plastic) by 15mm on the left.

Wooden panels must be prepared as shown to fix below and above the profile.

Profile must NOT be recessed from the front face of the panel.

Apply a suitable adhesive (not supplied) to channel on the top of the panel prior to inserting the profile on.

Insert the profile onto the panel by resting the Wood panel adapters onto the channel on the top edge of the panel and fix the profile to wall/substructure from the front using adequate hardware (not supplied).
