6. Lets deep foam blanket flow across surface of burning liquid. Avoids splashing foam on

burning liquid.

7. Continues to apply agent until foam blanket has extinguished flames.

8. Does not disturb foam blanket even after all flames are suppressed. Repeats steps if

reignition occurs.

9. Overhauls fire; keeps thick blanket of foam intact over hot liquid, reapplies wet chemical

over hot or thin spots, summons additional help if needed.
