• Set up and design of WV system• DIDE has been entering cases since March• All 2011 cases are being reported to CDC• System is very stable– No loss of data– Very little down time

• Delay in award of CDC contract• Change in the vendor• Access issues from outside the DHHR

• By Jan 1 – all Regional Epis using “New” WVEDSS

• Jan 1 – Regions 3 and 5 “Go Live”– LHD users begin using “New” WVEDSSS to

report cases

• 1st quarter – Regional trainings conducted in remaining regions
