For your most senior level transitioning employees you will want to provide our highest level of service. This package starts with the assignment of an Executive Transition Concierge – a C-Level experienced career coach and executive advisor who will walk your executive employees through the creation of a custom job search marketing plan and provide one-on-one ongoing support through their 9 months of RiseSmart service. Senior executive services also include: ■ Targeted, weekly job leads customized to their job search preferences■ Executive marketing plan that includes executive-level resume, cover letter and executive bio, social network registration and resume distribution. ■ 12 weeks of executive career coaching sessions designed to help them make their next career move with ease including reviewing job leads, interview preparation, offer negotiation, on-boarding and personal advice.

PERSONALITY/CAREER ASSESSMENTS($1,000 - $1,500)

Executive Transition Concierge will conduct targeted assessment as selected and provide a complete debriefing to your transitioning executive. With up to four separate assessment options available, your executive will get the information they need to make informed career decisions.
