TEXAS A&M SYSTEM REGIONAL UNIVERSITIES AND BLINN COLLEGEEDUCATION PARTNERS
The RELLIS Campus is the newest model of higher education in Texas, bringing several regional
universities and Blinn College to one location in Bryan, Texas. Each program at the RELLIS
Academic Alliance creates a seamless pathway for students to earn a bachelor’s degree in
related fields from a Texas A&M System regional university.

1. Through ApplyTexas, submit your application to the
A&M System regional university at the RELLIS Campus.
2. Pay non-refundable application processing fee.
Application fee varies based on desired
regional university.
3. Submit official transcripts from all previous colleges and
universities attended, including dual credit.
4. Submit official high school transcripts.
HOW TO APPLY FOR ADMISSIONS
• A minimum of 30 transferable hours from an accredited
institution
• Minimum 2.0 cumulative transfer GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Good standing with previous institutions
Meeting checklist requirements does not guarantee admission. Competitive applicants exceed minimum admission requirements.

foot facility at the RELLIS
Campus, allowing students
to learn cutting-edge,
high-demand skills in an
environment that encourages
collaboration between public
institutions and private
companies. The new campus
establishes a new educational
community, combining a
major university system and a
community college at a single
location.
For students transferring with
their associate degree from
another community college,
Blinn College is a resource to
fulfill any additional lower-
division coursework that may
be needed for their bachelor
degree through an onsite A&M
System university.

Our regional universities award scholarships each year to new and continuing students. While highly
competitive, applying by the scholarship/FAFSA priority deadline will ensure you are considered for
available funds. Students may be awarded scholarship opportunities based on the following criteria:

^There are no mandatory housing or meal plan contracts required at the RELLIS Campus.**For Resident students, tuition and fee rates will be guaranteed for up to two years for each new student
enrolling on the RELLIS Campus in the fall 2019 semester.
