Ariane: Idefinitelyrecommendtakingcautionbeforeyoudrink,topayattentiontowhatyoueat.Don'thaveawholebunchofrefinedcarbohydratessoyou'reonabloodsugarhighandlowcyclebeforeyoustartaddingalcohol,whichisfullofsugarintothepicture.Eatproteinsandfatsand,ifyouwant,carbshavefiberfilled,sweetpotatoandthattypeofcarbs,beforehandwhereyou'reslowingdowntheabsorption.
