The NCER Blueprint 2.0 (BP2.0) was launched in June 2016. Subsequently, the Internal Transformation Programme kicked off to support the implementation of BP2.0, which included the launch of NCIA’s core values in November 2016. The purpose of this NCIA’s Core Values Guide Book is to help define, explain and communicate the i-STAR values and provide an easy reference to assist employees to internalize our core values of Integrity, Speed, Teamwork, Accountability and Respect. The booklet was distributed to all HoDs during the Town Hall. Other staff can retrieve it from this link :

We hope all of us can inculcate i-STAR in our daily activities and make it the NCIA Way

Blueprint 2.0 NCER (BP2.0) telah dilancarkan pada Jun 2016. Sejurus selepas itu, Program Transformasi Dalaman telah dimulakan bagi tujuan menyokong pelaksanaan BP2.0, dan termasuk pelancaran nilai-nilai murni NCIA pada bulan November 2016. Garispanduan Nilai-Nilai Murni NCIA ini bertujuan untuk memberi definasi, pemahaman dan maklumat berkaitan nilai-nilai i-STAR sebagai rujukan mudah bagi membantu kakitangan mendalami nilai-nilai Integriti, Pantas, Kerjasama, Kebertanggungjawaban dan Hormat. Buku panduan ini telah diedarkan kepada semua HoD semasa majlis Town Hall. Kakitangan lain boleh mendapatkannya dari pautan ini :

bekerja di dalam timesheet.

To record wages of employees according to the projects implemented by NCIA.

To measure productivity of the employee in carrying out his/ her daily routine which include directly performing project management activities or assisting and coordinating related activities and programmes for the projects.

To determine the amount of time utilised by an employee in carrying out his/ her duties as above.

To collect useful data and information that can be used for specific analysis including those related to enhancing management of employees/ teams.

People are naturally wired to focus on one thing at a time (or at best a very few).

Imagine you have an 80% chance of achieving a single goal with excellence. Add a second goal and the chance of achieving both slips to 64%. Juggle five goals and your chance of achieving excellence on all five goals has plunged to just 33%.

Some goals are more important than others. We have to learn the difference between what is wildly important and what is mildly important. Failure to achieve a wildly important goal carries serious consequences – and may render all other achievements more or less irrelevant.

To separate the wildly from the mildly important, learn from these videos.
