How to Self Attach to participate in an auction within EMD Module :It is recommended to check your ledger balance before self-attaching yourself to any auction.• If you are having Permanent EMD with Client then you can view that EMD in Client Specific Pool• If you have given fresh EMD or you need to check the available balance in MJ then you can view the same in Free Pool• If your EMD is with MJ and you had earlier attached yourself as Permanent EMD customer then you can view that EMD in Client Specific PoolSteps:1) Click on the Self Attachment Tab

Note: List of Upcoming Catalogues will open with status sign beside every catalogue as Attached/Not attached/Partially Attached. If you put your cursor on the sign youcan view the status of your attachment.2) Click on the radio button against the Catalog Name in which you are interested to participate3) Click on ContinueNote: To prevent error in attachment, it is always recommended to click on the Catalogue name (all lot/s of the selected catalogue will be shown in a separate dialogue box)and check whether your interested lot(s) is/are being shown or not. If not then it means you have selected a wrong catalogue and need to re-select your catalogue again

Steps:1) Click on the radio button against the EMD Rule (Permanent/Catalogue/Group/Lot) with which you want to participate and2) Click on Continue

How to Self Attach to participate in an auction within EMD Module : If Permanent/Catalogue wise rule is selected

Steps:For Permanent (PER) or Catalogue (CAT) wise EMD, only one line item will be displayed on your screen. It is always recommended to click on the link under description and check whether your interested lot(s) is/are being shown or not. If not then it means you have selected a wrong Catalogue for self-attachment. You can then Click on Self attachment tab and select the correct catalogue1) Click on the select check box against the item shown under description, in which you want to participate 2) Click on ContinueNote : Always check the attachment type and amount before attaching yourself

Steps:It is always recommended to click on the link under description and check whether your interested lot(s) is/are being shown in that selected group or not. If not then it means you have selected a wrong group/catalogue for self-attachment. You can then re-select your group/catalogue for self-attachment. 1) Click on the select check box against the group/lot shown under description, in which you want to participate 2) Click on ContinueNote : Always check the attachment type and amount before attaching yourself

How to Self Attach to participate in an auction within EMD Module : cont.To ensure you are conversant with the bidding process of the auction in which you are participating in, an Online training will be provided/Your consent will be taken at the time of self attachment As per the auction rule mentioned in the catalog you can make your choice.

1) f you want to take training for the auction process click on the option, “I desire to undergo training.” Please Note – On selecting the checkbox for this option & clicking on continue will direct you to the page for online Training

2) If you are conversant with the process give your acceptance by clicking on the check box against the option.Please Note - On selecting the checkbox for this option & clicking on continue will direct you to the page for acceptance of T&C and Completing your self attachment process.

How to Self Attach to participate in an auction within EMD Module : cont. (If you select the option, “I desire to undergo Training”)

1. As per the auction rule of the catalog Training manual will be displayed. Click on the tab of the requisite rule whose training you want to take2. After training select the rule & click on accept rule. After which you will be directed T&C page where you have to accept the T&C of the catalog to complete the self attachment process.Please Note – You have to give acceptance for training of all the rules applicable for the catalog. Even if you stop the training in the midway you have to give acceptance for the training.

Steps:1) Click on the link over Terms & Conditions of the catalog and select check box against it2) After going through the Terms & Conditions thoroughly, Click on Add3) On successful attachment you will be displayed success message on your screenReasons of error in self-attachment :i) Due to Insufficient balance means your available balance in Free Pool/Client Specific Pool is lower than the required balanceii) You have already applied refund for the amount available in your Free pool/Client specific pool and which is in processiii) In case you have not fulfilled all the Terms & Conditions of the catalogue although you have paid the EMD. Example: LOI/ Required Certificates/ Notarized Documents/ Registration Documents, etc. Note : a) For One time EMD type attachment – Post your attachment if the catalogue is revised then you will get detached from that catalogue & your EMD will automatically flow back to your Free Pool. Intimation of detachment from catalogue is sent through email & SMS. You will then need to re-attach yourself to participate in that auction. Please always check your attachment status to participate.b) For Permanent EMD type attachment – Post your attachment if the catalogue is revised then you will need to again accept the Terms & Conditions of the catalogue by clicking on Self-attachment. Permanent EMD never goes back to Free Pool, it can only be refunded.

Steps:1) Under the Live Auction, click on the Accept Catalog Link of the auction in which you want to participate
