5. All Program Management Team members, facilitators and participants areentitled to a meal allowance in the amount of Eighty Pesos (P 80.00) per day whichwill be charged against Division HRD Funds subject to the usual accounting andauditing rules and regulations. This will be given after the conduct of the trainingafter submission of the attendance sheets which will serve as basis in thepreparation of the payroll.

6. Actual fare of participants from the school of origin to the training venue andback to the school shall be charged from the school MOOE/local funds subject tothe availability of funds and to the usual accounting and auditing rules andregulations.

7. Immediate dissemination of, and compliance with this Memorandum 1sdirected.
