Due to our success and rapid expansion, we're currently looking to hire 3 trainee recruitment consultants.

A clearly outlined career path is laid out for you to follow and hopefully supersede with outstanding performance! – with our initial and ongoing training, it’s possible (and has been done) to get promoted within 3 months, and be managing a team within 18 months.

The role

We are looking for 3 full time Trainee Recruitment Consultants to be based in our City offices, to start as soon as possible. You will join either our PR & Digital team or our Sales & Marketing team.

Key responsibilities for the Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

Sourcing & interviewing the best candidates through a number of avenues including advertisement, social media, search & selection, and networking events

Arranging job interviews Meeting & face to face interviews with candidates & clients Delivering feedback to candidates Assisting senior consultants with day to day duties

About you

If you are a recent graduate, ideally with some sales experience (although not absolutely necessary), or currently working as a trainee recruitment consultant, this role will provide you with excellent training, quick progression, fantastic earning potential, and most importantly, a lively and social working environment!

The ideal background for the trainee recruitment consultant role:

2:1 degree or equivalent A true desire to work in recruitment (and nothing else!) Drive, confidence, determination, motivation and resilience Excellent attention to detail, and fantastic communication skills Love for talking on the phone!
