On behalf of the Traffic Management Association of Australia (TMAA), I wish to introduce both myself and our organisation as the industry voice for Traffic Control companies in Australia. Established in 2011,

this body provides a platform for members to directly communicate with

federal and state government, road authorities, training, industry, occupational health and safety providers, and other stakeholders.

The TMAA already has close working relationships with Federal and State Ministers, Road Authorities, ARRB, Austroads, Standards Australia, Roads Australia, AAPA, RIAA and the CCF.

The TMAA has as its focus, to provide advice and expertise to the National, State and Local governments within Australia to ensure modernisation and harmonisation of Traffic Control regulation.

We look forward to welcoming you to the TMAA and to working with you to provide best practice and a safe and compliant national traffic management industry.

Some of our major projects include: working with Austroads to create and implement a National Registration Scheme, and set high standards of safety and compliance within our industry.

“The TMAA’s mission is to lead, unify and achieve best practice within the traffic management industry.”

“The TMAA’s vision is a safe and zero harm traffic management industry across Australia.”
