Ferroli’s long history and the experience in the steel boiler business are the strong columns of TP3 COND project.

It’s a very innovative orizontal condensing generator for pressurised combustion with three flue gas passes.

ready for operation in combination with a gas or oil jet burner.

The arrangement and generous sizing of the combustion chamber guarantee a low heating load and the possibility to be combined with burners featuring technology for the combustion with low polluting emissions.

Its very high efficiency and the big volume of water content make the TP3 COND the best solution for the replecement activities or for the new high tech building design.

The boiler’s high water content and their large water passages mean that TP3 COND series have very low pressure drop even at high flow-rates, allowing the boiler to work practically at any ΔT between outlet and return-up.

All this ensures considerable installation flexibility, freeing system designers from the limits imposed by the type of boiler.

1CIRCUITS WITH DIFFERENT OPERATING TEMPERATURES

TP3 COND is fitted with a second return connection for operating with a high temperatures system (for example the return from DHW storage) that, being located around half-way up the heat exchanger, avoids raising the average return temperature of the low temperature circuit, while guaranteeing maximum appliance efficiency.

2SYSTEMS WITH MULTI-ZONE DISTRIBUTION CIRCUITS AND SYSTEMS WITH MODULATING CIRCULATION

TP3 COND is ideal for systems with high water flow-rates, operating simultaneously in multiple “zones”. The possibility to work across a practically unlimited range of Δt means the boiler can easily operate in combination with low power, variable-speed circulation systems, bringing advantages in terms of building energy efficiency.

3REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING HEAT GENERATORS

The fact that the TP3 COND is “independent” of the type of system makes it the best solution in terms of performance and technical specifications when replacing old heat generators. Condensation system efficiency makes it perfect for the reduction in energy consumption in according with the actual European rules.

FOCUS ON...Floating combustion chamber with cooled end plate, small volumetric heating load to ensure very low atmospheric nitrogen oxide emissions in combination with suitable burners.

Pipe for the second flue pass with intake from the bottom of the furnace, sized to optimise combustion parameters and to decrease the load loss of flue gas loop.It’s manufactured in stainless steel (InoX 2205)

On the vertical of the low temperature connection there is a deflector that favors the flow of cold water to the lower part of the boiler body to elevate the efficiency of the heat exchange and favor the condensation process.

Front door has been studied with a reversible opening, both right-hand or left-hand. Special attention has been focused on the insulation, so as to guarantee the smallest heat loss and maximum resistance to high temperatures. The perfect closing of the door is ensured with four lock.

Rear flue gas chamber, the front and back plate for tuble bundle are manufactured in stainless steel(InoX 2205)

Tubes bundle for the third flue gas pass located at the lower part of the hot water generator to increase the condensing process and the efficency of the system. Fitted with steel turbulators to increase convective heat exchange. It’s manufactured in stainless steel (InoX 2205)
