Why a Survey?
To better understand the needs and wants in the TownCreek
Community.
To quantify the needs in the community – DATA!
THE GOAL: is to use this data to create a community action
plan to help address the challenges, found in the survey,
through community programing.

Community Survey Info
Began Community Survey in October 2014.
TownCreek Vision distributed 300 surveys in churches and at
community center.
TownCreek had a community action day and passed out surveys.
TownCreek Vision collected surveys in May 2015.
68 surveys were collected.
23% completion rate.
Average completion rate is between 10% - 15%.
