Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am - 4:30 pm PUBLIC NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Gravenhurst proposes to enact a by-law to close, stop up and sell those parts of the original shore road allowance described as follows: That part of the original shore road allowance in front of Lot 11, Concession 7, Township of Morrison, now Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on 35R-25014 (Kahshe Lake) AND TO SELL that part of the original shore road allowance in front of lot 11, Concession 7, Township of Morrison, now Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on 35R-25014, to the adjoining owner or owners of them. THE PROPOSED BY-LAW will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting at Gravenhurst Municipal Office, 3- 5 Pineridge Gate, Gravenhurst, Ontario on Tuesday, March 22nd, 2016 at Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, any person who claims that his lands will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard. Written submissions concerning the application may be directed to the address below. Reduced loads shall apply to all roads under the jurisdiction of the Town of Gravenhurst unless otherwise noted.
