Day 1: Arrive and later explore YerevanUpon arrival at the Zvartnots International Airport in Yerevan, you will be transferred to your hotel. Later, we will proceed for a half-day city tour. During the tour, we shall visit:

Genocide-Tsitsernakaberd Monument and its Museum: The Armenian Genocide memorial complex is Armenia's official memorial dedicated to the victims of the Armenian Genocide, built-in 1967 on the hill of Tsitsernakaberd in Yerevan.

Saint Gregory the Illuminator Cathedral: The Saint Gregory the Illuminator Cathedral, also known as the Yerevan Cathedral is currently the largest cathedral of the Armenian Apostolic Church in the world.

Mother Armenia monument: Mother Armenia is a female personification of Armenia. Her most public visual rendering is a monumental statue in Victory Park overlooking the capital city of Yerevan, Armenia.

Victory Park: Victory Park, is a public park located in the Kanaker-Zeytun District of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia.

Yerevan Cascade: The Cascade is a giant stairway made of limestone in Yerevan, Armenia. It links the downtown Kentron area of Yerevan with the Monument neighbourhood. Designed by architects Jim Torosyan, Aslan Mkhitaryan, and Sargis Gurzadyan the construction of the cascade started in 1971 and was partially completed in 1980.

Republic Square: Republic Square is the central town square in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. It consists of two sections: an oval roundabout and a trapezoid-shaped section which contains a pool with musical fountains.

Day 2: Excursion to Lake Sevan and TsaghkadzorEnjoy a scrumptious breakfast and A picturesque trip to the Lake Sevan starts from Yerevan; you will be picked up at the hotel. Meeting with our guide at 10.00 in the lobby of your hotel.After breakfast, we’ll start our tour to:

Tsaghkadzor: Tsaghkadzor is a spa town and urban municipal community, as well as one of the most popular health resorts in Armenia, located north of the capital Yerevan in the Kotayk Province.

Lake Sevan: Lake Sevan is the largest body of water in Armenia and the Caucasus region. It is one of the largest freshwaters high-altitude (alpine) lakes in Eurasia. The lake is situated in Gegharkunik Province, at an altitude of 1,900 m (6,234 ft) above sea level.

We’ll have the chance to see a ski resort in Armenia with its mountains, snow and Ropeway. Also, we’ll visit:

Kecharis Monastery: Kecharis Monastery is a medieval Armenian monastic complex dating back to the 11th to 13th centuries, located 60 km from Yerevan, in the ski resort town of Tsakhkadzor in Armenia.

Later, we’ll continue our way to the Lake Sevan, where we’ll visit: Sevanavank: Sevanavank is a monastic complex located on a peninsula at the northwestern

shore of Lake Sevan in the Gegharkunik Province of Armenia, not far from the town of Sevan. Initially, the monastery was built at the southern shore of a small island.

Day 3: Check-out and drive to Tbilisi [5 h 15 min (276 km)]

Check-out from your hotel after breakfast. We will drive you to Tbilisi. Arrive at the border and hop into another bus to start your Georgian journey. In the afternoon visiting:

Haghpat Monastery: Haghpat Monastery, also known as Haghpatavank, is a UNESCO medieval monastery complex in Haghpat, Armenia. The monastery was founded by Queen Khosrovanuysh, wife of the Bagratid king Ashot III, probably in 976. The nearby monastery at Sanahin was built around the same time.

Narikala: Narikala is an ancient fortress overlooking Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, and the Mtkvari River. The fortress consists of two walled sections on a steep hill between the sulphur baths and the botanical gardens of Tbilisi. On the lower court, there is the recently restored St Nicholas church.

Day 4: Tbilisi city tourAfter breakfast, we’ll start our tour of the city of Tbilisi. Visiting:

Dzveli Tbilisi: Dzveli Tbilisi, or Old Tbilisi, is a large area known for its snaking lanes, traditional Tbilisi houses, and restaurant-lined Jan Shardeni Street. The hilltop Narikala Fortress and giant Mother of Georgia statue overlook the National Botanical Garden and the stone-domed Sulfur Baths. Nearby, the Georgian National Museum traces the country’s history, while Mtatsminda Park is an amusement park accessible by funicular.

Sulphur Baths: Visiting the sulphur baths in Tbilisi is a definite must-do when you’re in the city, especially if you’re in Tbilisi in October to March when it’s much colder.

Metekhi Church: The Metekhi Virgin Mary Assumption Church or Metekhi Church is a Georgian Orthodox church located on the left bank of the Mtkvari River, on Metekhi Cliff, in Avlabari neighbourhood, opposite the old town of Tbilisi.

Synagogues: The Great Synagogue is a synagogue at 45-47 Leselidze Street in Tbilisi in the Republic of Georgia.

Bridge of Peace: The Bridge of Peace is a bow-shaped pedestrian bridge, a steel and glass construction illuminated with numerous LEDs, over the Kura River in downtown Tbilisi, capital of Georgia.

Holy Trinity Cathedral: The Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi commonly known as Sameba is the main cathedral of the Georgian Orthodox Church located in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia.

Day 5: Tour of Ananuri, Gudauri and KazbegiAfter breakfast, enjoy the day at leisure or opt to go for a tour of:

Ananuri: Ananuri is a castle complex on the Aragvi River in Georgia, about 45 miles from Tbilisi.

Gudauri Ski Resort: Gudauri is the largest and most modern ski resort in Georgia with a developed infrastructure that includes the biggest level drop in Georgia and unlimited opportunities for freeriding and backcountry skiing (ski-touring).

Village of Kazbegi: When you visit Kazbegi for the first time, it is not difficult to feel your jaw drop at the majesty of Mount Kazbek, a 5,000-meter high, beautifully shaped, snow-capped peak, one of the highest mountains in Europe.

Day 6: Check out and drive to Sheki

Breakfast and check-out of the hotel, continue to the city of Sighnaghi called "City of Love". The city was built with remnants of fortifications from the 18th century. Adjacent to Sighnaghi is the Bodbe Monastery where St Nino was the first person to bring Christianity to Georgia. Lunch and continue the journey to Sheki. Upon arrival in Sheki, guests will have the opportunity to visit:

Palace of Shaki Khans: The Palace of Shaki Khans in Shaki, Azerbaijan was a summer residence for the Shaki Khans. It was built in 1797 by Muhammed Hasan Khan. The Palace of Shaki Khans was nominated for List of World Heritage Sites, UNESCO in 1998

Shaki Museum: The Shaki Museum of History and Local Lore is a museum located in Sheki city of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The museum is named after the Azerbaijani pedagogue, writer and ethnographer Rashid Bey Efendiyev.

Old City: Old City or Inner City is the historic core of Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. The Old City is the most ancient part of Baku, which is surrounded by walls which were easily defended. In 2007, the Old City had a population of about 3000 people.

Shaki Caravanserai: “Caravanserai” historical complex in Sheki is two magnificent caravanserais which reached present days and traditionally named “Yukhary” and “Ashaghy” caravanserai, which means “Upper” and “Lower” Caravanserai in translation from Azerbaijani into English. Construction of these caravanserais is dated back to the 18th-19th centuries AD.

Maiden Tower: The Maiden Tower is a 12th-century monument in the Old City, Baku, Azerbaijan. Along with the Shirvanshahs' Palace, dated to the 15th century, it forms a group of historic monuments listed in 2001 under the UNESCO World Heritage List of Historical Monuments as cultural property, Category III.

Palace of the Shirvanshahs: The Palace of the Shirvanshahs is a 15th-century palace built by the Shirvanshahs and described by UNESCO as "one of the pearls of Azerbaijan's architecture".

Later in the afternoon visiting: Yanar Dag: Yanar Dag is a natural gas fire which blazes continuously on a hillside on the

Absheron Peninsula on the Caspian Sea near Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. Flames jet into the air 3 metres from a thin, porous sandstone layer. Administratively, Yanar Dag belongs to Absheron District of Azerbaijan.

Day 8: Half-day Absheron Peninsula Tour (Departure)

After breakfast, we’ll proceed for a tour to Absheron Peninsula. We’ll visit the Ateshgah temple, located in the Suraxani village:

Ateshgah of Baku: The Baku Ateshgah often called the "Fire Temple of Baku" is a castle-like religious temple in Surakhani town, a suburb in Baku, Azerbaijan. Based on Persian inscriptions, the temple was used as a Hindu, Sikh, and Zoroastrian place of worship. "Atash" is the Persian word for fire.

In the afternoon head toward the Baku International Airport to depart back to Kuala Lumpur
