What is Touch Math? Touch Math is a program where each student learns how to touch the numbers one through nine with their pencil. They count forward and backwards touching each number at specific points. Each number has that many touch points.
“You can use the Touch Math program to give young children a head start, supplement a grade-level curriculum (pre-K-3), provide enrichment activities and reinforcement, and achieve the best possible outcomes for students with special needs.” http://www.touchmath.com/index.cfm?
