And finally, we explored our marvelous country, Brazil!!!We talked about the most famous landmarks here like Christ the Redeemer, Pão de Açúcar, Iguazu Falls, Niterói Contemporary Art Museum and Teatro da Amazônia!! We were so excited that we decided to make a Tour Guide to be exhibited at Lively Bird.

• 200g of oatmeal flour • 2 eggs • 100g mozzarella • 2 tbsp. sour cream • 1 teaspoon of salt • 1 teaspoon of baking powder • Mozzarella and oregano for topping

Cooking Class

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven in 200°.2. Mix in a bowl the oatmeal flour, the eggs, mozzarella and the sour cream. 3. When well combined, add the salt and the baking powder. 4. Make medium balls with your hands, smash the center, leaving an upper edge. 5. Bake it for 15 minutes.6. When it’s crusty, carefully add the mozzarella and oregano. 7. Bake it 5 more minutes to melt the topping.
