Paul trained and worked as a chef for 14 years around the North of England, France and the Channel Islands. Working in these different places has given Paul the opportunity to experience and experiment with a great variety of fresh produce, allowing him to create inspired menu ideas today.

Stephen knew he wanted to work with food from a young age and has worked in the catering industry in Lancashire for some 20 years. Stephen helps our customers to develop their business, planning creative menus and advising on a variety of food matters.

Damian has spent 15 years in the food industry, training and working as a Sous Chef in Huddersfield, gaining BTEC and GNVQs along the way. Damian has a real passion for food, bringing imaginative menus and solid, chef-to-chef advice on ingredients and product choice.

Rachel has had the bug for food since her early teens and after college and a spell at Little Bettys in York, set up her own mobile kitchen business. Rachel brings an extra course to the table with her extensive food knowledge and business experience.
