Page 2: Total Cleaning Business[1]

Goals for Tank Decontamination Reduce Time

Reduce Sludge to Solids

Recover Salable Oil

Reduce Risk and Improve Safety

Reduce Sludge to Non-Hazardous Properties if possible

Reduce Total Cost

Separate and Recover Water

Chemistry Questions

Decon Product are surfactants combined with enzymes.

Mild and safe oxidizer

Degradable surfactants allow rapid separation.

Totally biodegradable.

Recovered oil can be reprocessed.

Basic Technologies for Tanks

Sulfide Oxidation

Solvent Enhancement

Degassing

Sludge Processing

Page 5: Total Cleaning Business[1]

Sulfide Oxidation

The first order of Decon reaction is oxidation. This must be complete before any other actions are performed.

Oxidation of reactive sulfides as verified by Chemetrics Method testing using acid to free sulfides for measurement.

Predictable oxidation of FeS, H2S, and many mercaptans. Safe with light hydrocarbons.

Page 6: Total Cleaning Business[1]

Solvent Enhancement

Makes heavy hydrocarbons dissolve faster into light hydrocarbons--maximizes oil recovery from sludge.

Reduces sludge by heavy oil recovery. Allows less solvent to accomplish the same or more work-

-sometimes by half. Can be used to lower pour points of some paraffinic oils. Allows faster separation of water and solids.

Page 7: Total Cleaning Business[1]

Degassing

Very Fast in many tanks.

Can be used to emulsify many hydrocarbon vapors temporarily.

Application can lower pressure in tank during spraying operations.

Often used for final sweetening and cleaning of tank vapors prior to open venting.

Not effective on methane and ethane.

Page 8: Total Cleaning Business[1]

Sludge Processing

Promotes separation of water from sludge.

Initial sludge reduction is performed while sludge is in the tank.

Often breaks emulsions holding solids while in tank and allows recovery of water-wet solids instead of oil-wet solids.

Can be used to break down polymers prior to processing.

RB-TECH MERIT (Others Benefit)

1. To protect environment pollution

2. To increase the rate of oil recovery

3. To increase Emission Trading

Scheme Income (1)1ton Sludge : $50 (2) 4,450ton x 365day x $50 => $81,212,000/ year

4. To improve work conditions

Layout

From palm oil sludge which have been dumped, to extract residual palm oil available maximum with RB-Tech system and to apply final entire sludge to fertilizer or material for the 2nd working.

Competitives

- Recovery of residual palm oil and multi-applications of by-products

- To link together easy to total maintenance business of the plant/utilities

4. Palm Tank Sludge Treatment Cost

Page 24: Total Cleaning Business[1]

In palm oil production capacity, Indonesia is no. 1 and the 2nd is Malaysia and the total amount of two countries Is 85% and more in that of the world. (1) No. of palm oil plant in Indonesia : 375 5~10tanks/plant total ; 2000tanks Over (2) PT Nusantara Indonesia of government investment company has majority of them (3) Average capacity in production : 40ton/hr. per plant

(3) Bio-Diesel production

1. Palm Oil Tank Cleaning & Sludge Removal - Tank Size, Sludge Amount, Equipment Rental, Labor, Period

are considered for Cost & Return Estimate. - Equipment can be sold alone, thus, provide regular services and generates income. - Equipment Price - ROW (10ton/hr ) ---- $100,000

RB-TECH3 (3ton/hr ) ---- $400,000 Water-Jet (1,000 Bar) ---- $150,000

* Also, equipment are available for rental if necessary
