Designed to meet your needs with theminimum of fuss the e-STUDIO163and 203 deliver a compact officework horse. An “out of the box”system that really is the naturaltransition to a digital world. Delivering16 and 20 pages per min respectivelyand with an impressive warm up timeof 25 seconds and first copy out timeof less than eight seconds it’s easy tomeet the demands of an increasingworkload. Supplied as standard witha 250 sheet universal cassette thatcan accept A5R-A3 paper, and abypass tray that can hold a further100 sheets. Supplies can beenhanced further with the addition ofanother 250 sheet cassette to meetthe more demanding user. With copy,local printing from a Windows PC and document scanning at up to 600 dpithe quality and functionality is farfrom standard.

Advanced paperhandling.

The e-STUDIO165/205 offer thewidest range of paper handlingoptions. In addition to the standard250 sheet universal cassette and 100sheet bypass you can add a secondidentical cassette. And for those witha real appetite for online supplies an

additional paper feed pedestal isavailable with a choice of either oneor two 550 sheet universal cassettes,which bring the maximum possibleconfiguration up to a massive 1,700sheets from 5 separate sources.

Hardware and software advanceshave slashed the total cost ofownership by improving performanceand reliability and minimising waste.

For the ultimate in output productivityand economy add the optional automatic duplex unit for doublesided output. As this is an inlineoption it doesn’t add requirements interms of space, ensuring you get themost productive machine within thealready surprisingly small foot print.

With a choice of two document feeders (one for double sided originalcapability) and original scan speedsof 16 and 20 scans per min respectively, you can be sure thatproductivity enhancements are notrestricted to the output capabilities ofthe machine.

Convenient NetworkPrinting

The e-STUDIO165/205 offer theexpandable solution for the moredemanding user environment. Theaddition of network printing capabilitybrings greater flexibility to every network connected PC.All users have access to the sameeasy to operate interface to speed upand simplify even the most complexprinting tasks. Network printingbrings a range of expanded possibilities such as A3 printing, double sided output and electronicsort to every desktop. The print drivereven allows you to add water markssuch as date and time to every page.Through the use of the graphicalprinter driver wasted prints are a thingof the past as you can see exactlyhow your document will be producedbefore clicking the print button.

Network Scanning

Network Scanning capability extendsthe advantages of digitization to theentire office. Scan to email allowsscanned images to be sent as anemail attachment directly from the e-STUDIO165/205. Scan to file sendsscanned data direct to a nominatedfolder on any computer within the network. What you do with the imagesat that point is up to you. Combinedwith one of a range of optional software utilities from Toshibaarchived documents or ready to editimages are just a click away.

Fax Capability

Adding fax capability moves the e-STUDIO165/205 to a higher level ofmultifunctional capability. Select froma variety of fax functions according toyour business needs. G3 faxingenables rapid transmission of dataover the conventional telecoms network. Internet faxing incurs lowertransmission charges by sending allor part of the message data via theinternet. Direct PC faxing allows a PCconnected to the device to create andsend fax transmissions without everneeding to produce a hard copy first.

The fax capability is further enhancedwith a simple add on control panelgiving you access to 75 one touchdial keys and the ability to store up to300 quick dial abbreviated numbers.
