In large numbers around the world, food is nowadays becoming easier for people to prepare. This change has improved the way people live, but not in a positive way. Actually, this has been a serious problem for years. The question is why such a convenient innovation can adversely affect to people’ lives? There are a number of prominent examples that illustrate the adverse effects of such convenient innovation.

First, fast food or canned food may save your time, but the one that are freshly prepared ones are definitely healthier. Take a look at canned mushrooms and fresh one. Scientists have made a comparison between one can of white mushrooms and 132g of fresh white one. Demonstration showsed that there are 4g of protein in fresh mudrooms while the canned one only has half of themsuch amount of protein. There forTherefore, it’s obviously that well-prepared food is always fertilized with nourishments, while the fast one isn’t.

In addition, most fast food items are cooked in high fat, such as French fries, fried chickens or donuts. These foods contain huge fat content and dense calories, which lead us to many health issues, from such as obese,, diabetic, and to cancer. Furthermore, some fast food is not made in real ingredients, and mostly they are made in unsanitary way. Hence, those easy-prepared foods have brought lot of disadvantages to our health.

Finally, fast food has made a strong impact to your timeFast food, albeit proven to save time, in fact costs people precious moment to spend with family. A lot of people nowadays doare not spend time having meals with their families;, they just basically sitting in their cars or somewhere near their work, in order to save time. And moments for family reunions are being more limited with every passing day., people are seemed to be very busy that a meal with whole family members becomes something luxurious.

In conclusion, the fact that food has become easier to prepare is not really an improvement in the way people live. Spend a little time treating your food right is a way to show your respect to the gastronomy and your health.

Room for improvements:

Rewrite thesis statement and topic sentences Hone sentence restatement skill Avoid basic mistakes: run-on sentence, overuse of ambiguous pronouns
