Themostimportantthingforthisprojectis:thematerialthebackpackismadeofitaffectsthewaterproofnatureandthetargetedminimumweightaswellastheprice.

Thesecondimportantthingisthemodulardesignwiththeinterfacesforattachmentslikepockets.Thismakesthebackpacklightinabaseversionandmodularextendabletocarrymoreifneeded.

Thethirdthingtoconsideristhesupportbarsystemandthestraps,astheyneedtobelightandrobust.Thestrapsandsupportbarsarepermanentlyconnectedtothebackpacktobeasrobustaspossible,thusattentionmustbegiventothemtomeetthelightnesscriteria.

FinallytheHOQshows,theprojectshouldbecontinued,asthecompetitorsdon’tsatisfythemarketforwaterproofbackpacks.

SuggestionstoImprovetheBackpackPlug‐ablewatersystemExtendthebackpackwithapluggabledrinkwatersystem.Basicallyitisafoodsaveplasticbagwithtubingandavalve.Bagscanbeproducedindifferentsizes.Thebagcanbeconnectedwiththeplannedmodularinfrastructure.
