#1- IT IS BUSY!Most people think that spring is the best time to sell their home, but that is not always the case.Very of ten the fall is our busiest sales time of year.

#2- GREAT T IMINGWith the kids back in school and summer vacations out of the way, people can turn theirattention to making a move. The weather is nice and Western MA is scenic in the fall.

#3- CURB APPEALFall can be a wonderful time to make your house pop in the curb appeal department. It is saidthat yellow f lowers are the best to use in f ront of a house for sale, so yellow mums are perfect.You can also use some festive grasses and pumpkins and don’t forget a f estive fall themedwreath!
