For Top Shower Box Instructions of Installation and Use

Never climb on the overhead shower box or hang heavy weight on it.

To avoid damage to the overhead shower box, never use hard matterto rub or knock at it.

When you enter the overhead shower box, to avoid falling down, be careful with the height difference between the floor and the bottom tray.

When you enter the overhead shower box, to avoid injury, never put your hand in the door gap.

Soapsuds is usually present on the surface of the overhead shower box, be careful to avoid slip and fall.

Maintain sufficient ventilation from the overhead shower box to prevent accumulation of moisture in it, giving rise to mildew breeding and abnormal odor.

If glass cement falls off, leaking of water is likely. So it is necessary to re-apply.

Maintain the bottom tray clean to avoid blocking of the drain port by hairs, dirt, etc.

Precautions

Never allow a child, a senile people or a people who is difficult in moving about to enter the shower box alone;

Never put a burning cigarette near the bottom tray or bathtub or drop cigarette ash on bottom tray or bathtub lest a fire is caused or they would be damaged.

To clean the bathtub, liquid detergent and a piece of soft fabric should be used. Strong acidic or alkaline detergent, thinner, acetone, ammonia, organic solvent, or strong cleanser should never be used.

If water scale is formed on the bathtub or bottom tray, use a piece of wet soft fabric applied with some tooth paste to rub it off.

Installation shall be carried out strictly to the instructions for installation, otherwise the shower box would be unreliably installed or would even collapse, leading to injury or damage to property.

The glass panels should be handle vertically by two people.

Never knock at the glass panels forcefully lest they would be broken.

Unpack the cargo box and check that nothing is missing. Reliably place the glass panels vertically against the wall. If placed horizontally, they would break easily. Special cacumen on not to het the four angles of the glass door.

Before using the product, read these instructions carefully and keep them in a safe place

Vll. Apply sealant

After checking and adjustment, apply

neutral glass cement in the gap between

the bottom tray, the side post and the wall.

After installation, check if the shower box body is

vertical and the movable door opens freely. Adjust

the rollers and the side post properly to ensure that

the movable door opens freely.

(1)Adjust the eccentric nuts on the upper

and lower rollers so that the distance

between them is equal to that between

the channel of upper guide rail and the

channel of the lower guide rain.

(2)Hang the upper rollers of the moving

door in the channel of the upper guide

rail then insert the lower rollers in the

channel of the lower guide rail.

(3)Adjust the eccentric nuts on the upper

and lower guide rails so that the moving

door slides freely and the door gap is

even. Tighten the locknuts.

(4)Slide the two RV-14 sealing strips over the left edge

of the fix door glass panel and the right edge of the

moving door glass panel respectively.

(5)Slide one RV-23 magnetic sealing strip over the left

edge of the moving door glass panel.

(5 ) Turn the rubber-headed foot bolt to adjust for levelness

of the bottom tray. Tighten the locknut.

Note:

(1) Slide the large end of drain pipe hose over

the drain elbow.(2) Insert the small end of the drain hose in the

drain port in the floor.

(3) Position the bottom tray in the room corner.

(4)Use level gauge to check for levelness of the

bottom tray.

The inner diameter of drainpipe should be larger than oufer diameferof drain hose. Otherwise water can not go fleetly.

I.Install the bottom tray IV. Install shower box body

(1)Use 10 ST4x30 pan head self-tapping screws

and to fix the two inner

sheathes onto the wall on each side.

(2)Place the assembled shower box body on

the bottom tray so that the two side posts

catch the two inner sheathes.

(3)Use two ST4×20 pan head self-tapping screws to fix the lower guide rail to the bottom tray

II. Construction of Fixed doot

Marking and drilling

(1)Place the assembled shower box body on the bottom tray. Perform

plumbing and check that the box body is perpendicular to the

bottom tray.

(2)Use a pencil to mark out a straight line each

along both sides of the inner sheath.

(3)Take out the inner sheath from inside

the side post. (4)Press the inner sheath onto the wall. Use a

pencil to mark out on the wall the positions

of connecting holes of the inner sheath.

(5)Drill five φ8 holes each on either

sides in the wall as marked.

(6)Drive 10 expansion shields in theφ8

holes in the wall on each side.

(4)Squeeze one TM-8 sealing strip in the gap between the fix door glass panel and the #15 post.

(1)Use four ST4x30 pan head self-tapping screws to fix the two side posts to the lower guide rail.

(3) Place the upper guide rail on the top of the fix door glass panels so that the upper edges of the fix door glass panels enter the grooves of the door holders on the upper guide rail. Use four ST4x30 pan head self-tapping screws to fix the upper guide rail to the two #15 side posts. Tighten the two pan head self-tapping screws on the door holders so that the top of the two fix door glass panels is fixed to the 2 door holders.

(2)Place the fix door glass panels on the right ends of the lower guide rail so that the lower edge of each fix door glass panel enters the groove of the door holder, the side of each fix door glass panel enters the groove of the #15 post. Tighten the 2 pan head self-tapping screws on the 4 door holders so that the lower edges of the fix door glass panels are fixed to the two door holders.
