It is located inside a beautifully restored 19th century building. The 1,000 sq. m retail space is situated on six floors. 

The Stelvio Pass, a road in northern Italy is the highest paved roadway in the Eastern Alps

with an elevation of 2,757 m (9,045 ft) above sea level. With its 75 hairpin turns,

the road is only accessible in the summer months (June-September).
