rate. Developer is confident of launching the project

in next 6 months at least at 10 - 15% premium

• Supply crunch in Powai area, increased demand for

Hirandani Gardens; L&T Emerald Island and SP Vicinia

is set to offer maximum gain on investment

• Overture by numec in Wadala west is the best bet this

season due to the lower entry price point.
