The House System is modeled after the programs of the British boarding schools where students traditionally lived in actual houses and friendly competition was a natural development. Honoring our Christian faith, the five HTCCS houses are: St. Matthew, St. Mark, St. Luke, St. John, and St. Paul.

In 7th grade, students are assigned to Houses by the administration. The House community is a natural breeding ground for encouragement, personal growth, and social connectedness. The House System is a distinguished tradition that serves both student and school by encouraging excellence and knitting the students to the culture of the school, increasing both appreciation for and loyalty to community and peers.
