TOHO 9000 wasthentestedandit’squalitiescertifiedbytheAustrianbasedlaboratory,AVLGmbH,inViennain1997.JAL(JapanAirlines)havebeenusing TOHO 9000 forthepast17yearsintheenginesandhydraulicsystemsoftheirgroundbasedservicevehicles.ItwasintroducedtoAustraliain1996byBiblisHoldingsPtyLtd(tradingas TOHO 9000 Australia),thesoleagentforthePacificregion.Sincethenthecompanyhasmonitoredlargenumbersofclientfieldtrialsandtheresultshavebeenphenomenallypositive.


How does TOHO 9000 work? EffectsandCharacteristicsof TOHO 9000

Without TOHO 9000 RegularnewengineoilisliquidandasshownintheDiagramAbelow(Panel1),themicroparticlessmallerthan1/100micronmovefreelywithintheoil.Asthesemicroparticlesmixwiththeoxide,carbonandsulfuricacidproducedbycombustionintheengine,theybindtogetherandformmuchlargerparticles(Panel2).Althoughtheselargerparticlesarenotreallysolidmasses,astheyincreaseinsizetheyeffectivelyincreasetheviscosityoftheoil.

Theselargerparticlescannotpassthroughtheoilfilterandwilleventuallycausethefiltertobecomecloggedandineffective.Thus,thequalityoftheoilisdegradedasthefilterbecomesineffectiveandthelargerparticlegroupsandbyproductsofcombustionremainunfilteredinthepooloflubricantoilusedintheengine(Panel3).

Using TOHO 9000 inregularengineoillimitsparticlesfrombindingtogethertoformlargerparticles,therebyensuringalltheoilcontinuestopassthroughthefilter,removingtheharmfulbyproductsofcombustion.Thismaintainsoptimumengineperformanceandreduceslongtermenginewear.Thesmaller TOHO 9000 particlesattachtothelargeroilparticleswhichlubricatetheinternalmetalpartsoftheengine,providinganti‐rustandanti‐corrosionprotection,andalsoperforminganeffectivecleaningaction.

Thedispersion/dissociationeffectof TOHO 9000 ensuresthattheoilparticlesaremaintainedatadiameteroflessthan1micron.Theoilfilterwillnotbeblockedevenafterextendedusage(thesizeofthefilter’sporeisonemicron).Sincetheoilparticlesdonot
