From stunning wedding suites, designed with plenty of room and everything you could possibly need to look your best on your wedding day; to our new sound and lighting system which guarantees your day will run smoothly from start to finish, we’ve got everything covered. There’s no need to worry about caterers because all our food is produced on-site by our own chefs so rest assured we can cater to your every need.

Our dedicated wedding team will assist you every step along the way; from helping decide your menus to quirky ideas for how to really give your day that “wow” factor, so that you can relax and enjoy yourselves, knowing that you, and your guests will have an unforgettable experience.

We can accommodate 50-130 seated guests for your ceremony and wedding breakfast and up to 250 guests for your evening reception with a full music license for your chosen entertainment.

Bashall Barn Weddings is licensed to hold civil ceremonies for up to 130.

Your marriage ceremony can take place in any of our three beautiful ceremony locations, the Brook Room, with unrivalled views of the Ribble Valley, if the weather is kind, the bifold doors can be fully opened onto our balcony for an

open-air ceremony, or our new outdoor woodland ceremony area, where you can say your vows under an oak pergola at the water’s edge.

Sleeping up to 4, our beautifully designed, spacious wedding suites mean you can relax the night before, put your feet up and prepare for the celebrations ahead. Getting ready on-site makes preparations as stress-free as possible, and allows you to make the most of your entire day. Our wedding suites are both stylish and functional, with stunning bathrooms, dedicated “getting ready” area perfect for your chosen hair and make up artists to take full advantage of and plenty of hanging space for dresses and suits.

We’ll deliver breakfast to your room on the big day, and be available to help with anything and everything. Your stay also includes your wedding night, with a convenient checkout time of 11am, and another delicious breakfast included.

CONFETTIConfetti is NOT permitted inside the building. NOISEPlease note, all bands and DJs must use our sound system, that complies with our health and safety policy. Bands can play between 7pm and 11pm. Recorded music can be played till 12.30am.Please note when using our bedrooms, if there is a formal noise complaint made to the council, this will incur a charge of £250.

LAST ORDERSLast orders and music to finish at 12.30am. Depart by 1.00am.

DAMAGEThe organisers of the event are responsible for the actions and behaviour of their guests and any damages, losses and additional cleaning incurred will be added to the final bill, and deducted from the security deposit.

ALCOHOL AND FOODFoodNo food or drink may be brought on site with the exception of sweet wedding cakes which must comply with the allergen regulations EU Food Information for Consumers.Regulation 1169/2011, data sheets to be provided to your wedding manager a minimum of one week prior to the event.AlcoholAny alcohol consumed on the premises other than purchased from Bashall Barn will incur a £250 charge to your security deposit. This includes wedding favours and gifts for your wedding party. Please inform your guests that this is the case.DOGSDogs are permitted on-site but are not to be left alone.

PRICESPrices are fixed for 2022 but for changes in VAT or duty.

PAYMENTSBooking - £1,000 deposit is required, Bashall Barn will refund 100% of the deposit if the date is cancelled in writing within 1 calendar month of booking, the deposit is non-refundable after this period9 months before- £2,000 a second non-refundable deposit payment is to be paid8 weeks before - Final numbers are to be provided by you, these numbers are fixed and are not transferable6 weeks before - final invoice (based on final numbers submitted) please note this payment is non-refundable and non-transferable and is to include the full balance plus £500 security deposit4 weeks after security deposit returned less any deductions

INSURANCEWe always recommend that, as with any large purchase, you take out insurance - this can be done VERY cheaply and will give you full peace of mind, if for example you have to cancel at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances.
