Today’s Sermon: October 4, 2015

“The Challenges of Missions” Marcos Venezuela

Romans 10:1-15

Every person craves for a secure and comfortable life; Christians included. Once we have it, we do everything to keep each item which contributes to that security and comfort. In the case of the rich young man in Mark 10:17-22, he won’t even trade his great wealth for eternal life. But we Christians, having understood the awesome benefit we have because of what Christ has given up, we can give up security and comfort. Marcos has been with ECC as Director of Filipino Ministry since 2010. Messages this month: October 11 “Destructive Christians, Merciful Lord” Luke 9:51-56 Pastor Randy Young October 18 “Discipleship Blockers” Luke 9:57-62 Pastor Randy Young October 25 “Principles of Effective Evangelism” Luke 10:1-24 Pastor Randy Young
