Fund relates to the views and tells about Investor Education, Protection of Fund, and its awareness.Committee/Sub-Committee which means the Committee specified by the Central Government under the act of administering the fund.



The important thing to consider is Committee will register with time variation to various organizations, associations or some institutions and its activities are listed below:

Awareness to the Investor,

Provides Education, Protection and most importantly proposing for their programs,

Organizing Seminars, Symposia, and undertaking projects for how to protect the investor, including research activities.




If the Applicant is a company formed as a “Not for Profit” association under section 25 of 1956 Act or Section 8 of 2013 Act, the application of such company must be backed by the resolution of its Board of Directors or Executive Committee.

For this purpose, a Board Meeting may be called and held as per section 173 of 2013 Act (or) by way of a Circular Resolution in the manner specified in section 175 of 2013 Act. For companies which are “not for profit” association registered and licensed under section 25 of 1956 Act (or) Section 8 of 2013 Act, the procedure set out in SS-1 for calling and holding a meeting of the Board Of Directors does not apply. Only for other companies, Board Meetings have to be called and held as per SS-1.




Make the applications for registration in Form No.3 of the aforesaid Rules.

Enclose the following details:

(a) Certified original copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association(AOA) or bye-laws;

(b) New membership and their details;

(c) Certified copies of the annual reports for the past three years;



(d) Certified copies of last 3 issues of journal/house magazine(optional).

(e) A Copy of the authenticating statement of the association registration;

(f) Association activities should be elaborated and those copy of the statement must submit.



Purpose of granting registration, if any additional details required by the committee, need to provide.

Once your company or associations or society is registered with the committee your organization or association will be considered for fund granting and it will be measured in terms of association.
